Returns Policy

Returns Policy (14 days)

Thank you for choosing Sapphires Fashion!

Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY.

​

NO REFUNDS!

​

Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.  Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached.  A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed.  The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 14th day or is a final sale item.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.   

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 
 

Return Requirements:

- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our Customer Support (contact@sapphiresfashion.com), with the subject line ‘Returns’, along with your order number, within the eligible return period to initiate the return process.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees or applicable deductions.

- If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our Customer Support (contact@sapphiresfashion.com), with the subject line ‘Exchange’ along with your order number, to discuss availability and any price differences.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and the safety and well-being of our customers, certain items such as earrings, swimwear, under garments, and beauty products are non-returnable unless defective.
